We’re excited to share that Power Builders, our documentary series created in partnership with Inatai Foundation, was nominated for a 2025 NW Regional Emmy Award in the Diversity/Equity/Inclusion – Short Form Content category.
Over the course of two years, Power Builders followed leaders and organizers from communities across Washington State who are building power, advancing equity, and creating lasting change in the places they call home. Through their stories, the series explores what community power looks like in practice, and how local leadership can shape real change across the state.
This nomination is a reflection of the extraordinary people who trusted us with their stories and the communities they represent. We’re deeply grateful to Inatai Foundation for their partnership and for their commitment to supporting leaders whose work is shaping Washington for generations to come.
Projects like Power Builders remind us why storytelling matters. They help us understand one another more deeply, connect across differences, and see what becomes possible when communities have the resources and support to lead.
